Contract Award - Swinbrook Estate
Happy New Year everyone and what a brilliant start to 2023 for #TeamAmber!
A fantastic accomplishment by #TeamAmber on securing what is no doubt our latest flagship scheme and largest project award to date for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea!
Working with the appointed consultants Rider Levett Bucknall, The Swinbrook Estate project is a whole house, all-encompassing capital works programme to implement positive change and impact throughout the community and wellbeing of the residents and their homes.
From planned maintenance through to building safety and carbon reduction measures, we are proud to be implementing measures that imprint on the future of this community.
Working closely with the client, consultants and residents, #TeamAmber will be utilising multiple internal and external measures that will keep over 400 family’s homes safe, warm and dry.
